This was my first job and where i learn how to be professional, salary was not good as i was graduated when i was working but i learn there to give equal respect to junior or senior co-workers.

It' is a wrost company ever no sense in hr and any senior and there is no any job security only fake people in this company they committed wrong to the employ and then suddenly denied and hr is a non sense in this company they have no knowledge in hr field only give fake commit anyone who read my comment I request please don't join this organization.

Hire & fire, full of nepotism culture, 70% employees boss ke relative hn, jo dusre 30% log ko exploits krte hn, no proper holiday, no promotion, no skill development, they have changed there naukri profile to Dhammatek Uk, after so many negative reviews, they are just shit, jinko itna bhi pta nhi hai ke industry ke basic standard kya hota hai, there are lashed with full of arrogance, i have stuck there for many years,

It is one of best enterprises regarding with AC's. As I am an Electrical Engg. but I also trained for the Design Purpose Mr. Atul Sir is one the great person whom i ever meet. He will treated like son to me. I am very glad work with them. Besically i was appointed as Sales Engineer for LG make Cassette AC. but tought me all AC's such as daikin, carrier, samsung. And one more thing he is well known about industry which are in all over in pune.
