There's nothing to like. It's a fraudulent company that takes advantage of desperate fresh graduates for the personal gain of a few people at the top

The MD is the biggest con. This is a public forum and if people start venting their true feelings about him everything would have to be censored. If you try talking to the employees here one on one you will hear what they really feel about him. Some of the things that they do here to employees are pretty much disgusting. You will get more happiness from working as a daily wage worker at a construction site than working at this place. If this company goes bankrupt tomorrow there will be a lot of happy souls in this world. It has tortured far too many employees over the years and karma will be back to bite one day.. Sincerely hope the person who's at the top pays for his sins.

- Bond for 3 years with submission of all certificates. Dictatorship! - Very less financial growth. Promotions and increments are usually not on time and yearly increments are very less and never on time. - Lack of management. Money minded. Which will not work in long term for the company. - Inactive HR. - Other benifits like bonuses, LTA and gratuity are never on time. Sometimes the company takes more than 3 years to provide these. They are just meant to be in CTC breakup. - Poor training.

We will get very good knowledg, future career will be very good but work life balance is very bad pressure will be there overall good company to work but don't expect good salary.

The company is open to readily adopts latest technology in Aerospace and Avionics. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.
