The only thing I liked about the company was all the employees used to backbite about the directors all the time. Everyone hated them.

Dislikes

...d is 90 days and if you resign they will not approve resignation for 20-30 days. Then hold salary for another 90 days during notice period. They still didn’t pay me my last salary even though its been more than a year.

Only good thing is, we recieved salary on time that's it. Other than that company is average.

Dislikes

I would like to mention that the working hours are not planned sometimes it is 12 hrs or sometimes it exceeds also.

I was entrusted with most of the correspondence of the Company with various Departments where the Company was engaged. Very satisfying job as I was good in communication.

Dislikes

Since I joined after retirement from Govt. Service, I was appointed on yearlyContract. Hence there was no facility like regular employees.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
