The scientific perspective and the learning process is very good with seminars presentations and discussions. I was very happy to be a part of the group as could expose to many scientific seminars produced by many proficient external facilities on a related topic of our work arena. I could get a chance to present my work too. The best part is, even being a foreigner I was allowed to design my own project and was addressed to write a journal in the start itself, which later got published in a high impact factor journal. The approach of science and act is very scientific and innovative with intra and inter scientific forums and with suitable lab facilities. International forums are welcomed too and other sports and entertainment also had place in the same. The whole curriculum is well organized thus keeps it in one of the esteemed position today.

Dislikes

The work culture, the ambience the prohibition of independent work style. Hence, Growth is very slow. Managers although notices the individual strength but don’t value it in right perspective. They may apparently agree but in terms of execution they tend to keep it in the backseat. The skills are not very well appreciated and often discouraged without justified reasons many a times even though appreciated internally. The say and act varies often. Official and Personal discriminations are not well maintained.
