The work culture here is really good. Everyone is given freedom to contribute and express their ideas. We have been provided with courses and all the learning facilities, we receive support and correct guidance. Amazing people in the team, they are always helping each other grow and get better at work. I've personally learned a lot here through the projects, team members and founders. The best part of working here is that you get to interact and work with the founders directly. I have learnt not only about my design field but also all the other aspects of it that make good impact on business.

The five days work week allows for balace lifestyle. The good designed intrior of the workplace contributes to a pleasant atmosphere.

Dislikes

Managments erratic policy fluctuations and capricious decision-making engender confusion and severely undermine productivity, fostering widespread employee frustration. The absence of accountability and ineffective communication exacerbate project discontinuty, detrimentally affecting team morale.

Likes

- Management is transparent & fosters a chill & supportive work environment. - Management is considerate, empathetic, always available whenever needed. - Employees have peace of mind here as the company emphasizes a spiritual approach where people are seen as possibilities & not just resources. - There's no traditional HR team, it's an HP (Human Possibilities) team. - After working at three companies, I can say this is one of the best.
