There is literally nothing to like here. I stayed for over two years and found nothing to like.

...xtent that they should be in prison under POSH Act. 4. HR is downright pathetic. Deducts amounts from salary for being even 1 minute late to office irrespective of the reason 5. There was an IT raid in January and Accounts team members was dragged from homes and brought to office and questioned for 5-6 days. The management showed zero compassion for us. 6. Has some extremely weird policies like cannot eat snacks at desk, minutes deduction for coming late or leaving early even if you do overtime on other days you are not compensated for it. 7. Will do the worst calculation for bonus and come with a formula to ensure the least payout. 8. Increment and Appraisal is a joke even though they are minting in crores every year. 9. The entire office has CCTV cameras covering every inch and feels like a prisoner working. 10. Ladies washroom is shared with the management and it's very creepy and awkward to use.

they had asked to join by 8 th June failing to rejoin will cost the job as informed by head and admin.dept. athere is high risk in ghatkopar still we have to work. there is no facilities given here at site

There is lot of politics and salary is also to low and during this time salary was cut n given by 30%. compulsory 3 montha notice to be served if one has to resign

At Higher level Management is good person. Once issue reach to them decision are taken with proper approach. Good Company to growth in all categories.

Middle level Management & HR policy need to revise. Leave policy need to change. Managment need to understand all Employees issue which will help growth of both.

Directors never allow their employee to work free.they dont have any knowledge how to deal with the problems and they never take a good advice from their capable employees.because they feel that their employees are good for nothing.only they are smart and handle every thing.
