The Management will not increase our salary not giving next level position promotion and they have 3 month notice period to levae their company and the incentives are very low those things I dislike from AJM kooheji

That we had to learn from Scratch of all jobs since work was duplicated by many people who dint belong to that responsibility. So indirectly we learnt.

Dislikes

That employees were not given priority. It was all talks to motivate people so that they bring business end of the day they dint allow people to have a personal life. Owners interfered a lot who are not aware about the work so works got duplicated and delayed.

Likes

If you are delivering the good numbers no one will ask to do anything. Even you are giving a your 100 % company will appreciate you and give chance to make good career.

Dislikes

Less promotion chance- but it doesn’t mean that there is no promotion. There is.

Company is good but middle management is not professional to work with. There is no clear policy and structure. Employee will not see and future and growth. It is good to work learn and leave asap.

No clear policy ,Man driven company , No professionals, No clear vision and Micro Management
