AJK College of Arts and Science offers job security to the staff who work here and the rules and regulations followed here is very perfect. This is the first Eco-friendly college in Coimbatore. Work environment is very good here and I feel very happy to work here as I work in AJK College of Arts and Science for 8 years. The timings are also very comfortable here. It gives me work satisfaction and happiness while at work and also when I enter the college.

Likes

Work environment is average. Teammates are fair supportive. Company policies are also fair.

Dislikes

No timings for faculties.. Evening whatever the time goes we should complete the work and go. Even if it is 9pm..appraisal is not there for faculty. No peaceful environment.
