...echnology executive. MD has no manner to speak with employ and very much harsh . Salry package was to low . No growth, dirty politics and CEO has very much wrong behaviours toward evry employe . They didn't provide experince certificate me due to personal grudges with MD and CE0. HR policy useless . They didn't provide any festival holiday and they have not provide any facility . They even not provide emegency leave . Their prohibition period extended according to their requirement . Their HR policy also changed according to their requirement .

Hi All Job Seekers, Please note that the clause of continuous 4-month working has been removed from Ajit Sweet's policy. Employees can take the week off regularly and don't have to work continuously for 4 months. Whereas those who are willing to work voluntarily during the festival season and learn new things about the seasonal workload and grow at a fast pace with the company can work and it will be appreciated and incentivized with monetary and non-monetary benefits. Owner Ajit Manek has no sense to talk to employees and labours…Such a childish owner I have seen in my entire career…He think he is a motivational speaker and he daily take 2-3hrs to tell how to do business n still he is struggling todo same…While hiring they will say we can provide this that but after joining u will get to know that you have made mistake by joining ajit sweets…Please read reviews before going for interview or joining this company…and if u want some frustration and if you want to disturb your mental health then you can happily join Ajit Sweets.

Appointed as a trainee I like my work where I have a great interest in food safety. I have learned so many basic things. Company gives me task to complete .The workers cooperate they don't disrespect .
