...h non litigation and Registration work. Anyone good in typing can be hired here. Basic pay is between 10k to 15k. Any Litigant can also join the firm. But make sure you know the court trial. For litigants the payment is more. And timings are also flexible. Ajeet Sir is good by nature, all payments are on time, paid by cheque. Law firm is just opposite Belapur Station so its very convenient. Foodie people will love this area as there is lot more there.

Ajit sir is very supportive , very calm. Mostly you will found your colleagues with your age and they are also not only do their job but also help you at any point of time. Work environment is very good. You you want to learn audit then you have lots of co n you want to do ITR file then learn at office.

Dislikes

CA's are very miser so expect less pay n during Co audit you have to extend 2 to 3hrs a day.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
