Ajith coating is one of the best Powder coating, wood coating, PVDF and anodizing for aluminium extrusion. And it is very good opportunity for freshers to learn and build Carrier experience. Overall for carrier growth it helps to learn more things in this company.

Dislikes

There is no uniformity for all the staff in working timings. Working hours is 12hours in production and Quality department only must and should we have work minimum 12hours daily and sallry is very less.

Likes

Teammates are very supportive, and so are your colleagues. As in every other company, job security depends on your empathy, learning and enthusiasm towards work. Seniors and your immediate supervisors are ever ready to guide you through work.

Dislikes

The only thing I didn't find attractive is the ambiance of the company, coz I am a bit allergic to dust. We can't blame the company though. A job work, specially a coating company is meant to be situated here. Other than that no issues.
