A lot of cons you will know while you will join this. Better open a tea stall in a good area you will earn more than this company's field employee.

No support from management for frontier, no appraisals, TSM will be changing frequently and will not visit market everything will be in phone call only. Every month Management brings new policy for it's employees.

Ye kaam karne layak jagah nahi hai yaha sab bahot hi bura hai yaha kaam karne matlab hai aap or kuch kar hi nahi sakte 6 bje subah se hi kaam suru ho jata hai or raat ko 10 bje tak chalta hi rahega
