Narrow Minded superiors. They hold on to your salary for 2 months and ask employees to resign when they ask for it. The superiors like the ones who don't ask too many questions and do as much as they are told to do. There is no growth for people who have their own ambitions and expectations, you need to be a yesman if you want to see any kind of growth.

They run projects in Navi Mumbai with different ventures of ajeenkya dy patil and do not get the benefits the university gets . No job security . No place for creative and smart people . Whatever commitments get while joining, it will not follow once you join.
