No employee value, foul language, disrespect to junior, no proper training, insecure place for articles, untrustworthy person, for own benifit could backstab anyone, working here no article could qualify exam, no good learning exposure, no work and study balance, baki khud join Karo pata chal jayega.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
