The only best part about this company is that my manager was very nice and understanding. Instead of having no creativeness amongst the whole company, my manager always allowed me to experiment.

Ajax Fiori has a deep routed politics going around the environment. The human resource management is pathetic, the salary levels are not upto the standards, the work environment allows you to only work in your boundaries. Job security is at high risk at this firm as the HR managers have a policy of throwing people out without any notice based on their intuitions.

The new management's autocratic style has led to a lack of respect for long-standing employees who helped build the organization. Many key contributors have left, and those remaining feel marginalized. In a nutshell, a once-great organization is rapidly losing the hard-earned reputation it built over decades in the market. This insight might be removed anytime by the company authorities as they want to strifle the voice of old employees to safeguard their image.

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joines. There is no new opportunities given.
