There is freedom to work and the coordination between the departments for any related work is very good and job security also good.

... no provision and policy for accidental insurance etc. There is no bonus system. The salary structure is not good for the fresher candidates as per their qualification.

Company has a good management which is always supportive.

Dislikes

Salary and other benefits are less here as compared to other organisations. Working hours are also more and only one weekly off with too few holidays.

My opinions are based for Ajanta International - Andheri. The office Infrastructure, Annual increment percentage, entry package negotiations, except sometimes no taking your work to home, Sat-Sun complete weekoff. Big vision friendly screens are offered apart from laptop to save your eyes from strain and blue light along with external keyboard and mouse if required.

Employee policies need to be worked a lot. Your whole salary is taxable and their are no components like sodexo, uniform to save you from taxes. You have only 24 paid leaves + 12 govt holidays annually. Punching time has now 2 hours bracket, previously it was only 15 mins. If you are late > 3 times a month your half day salary will be deducted. They have strict 9 hours/ day working policy. Even a deviation of single minute will cost you a half day. At the end you enjoy working wherever on the planet if your boss is good and supportive. I left company due to my toxic boss.

Dislikes

Perticular in my division, all the marketing activities are religion centric... All work done at last minute rush.. no proper planning and main thing No guidance from Marketing Manager.. running the division like dictator.
