There is a lot of politics and management does not address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

There is freedom to work and the coordination between the departments for any related work is very good and job security also good.

... no provision and policy for accidental insurance etc. There is no bonus system. The salary structure is not good for the fresher candidates as per their qualification.
