Dislikes

The appraisals are upon face value and who can demean who more. No good idea is every entertained. Your skills and experience doesn't matter. You should do what u a told to do. Even if you know it's not gonna work you are forced to keep quiet.

Nothing is Good about it. Only Politics, Buttering & Oiling works here. Higher management itself encourage on internal politics among staffs. Few Babus are there looting company through cash back from vendor & ordering substandard products! Customers are paying hefty considering product quality & staffs are not getting industry standard Salary.

Dislikes

Everything. This people are not corporate & can't ever be! They can't make their ground level employees happy! Starting from GM HR to Sales Head to DGM all they resorted to do is "CHAPLUSI" ITS LIKE "Hirok Rajar Deshe" kind of environment here.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
