...ities. No two way feedback. Lack of ownership from the manager. Poor appraisals. Disparity and lack of sensitivity on the salary range for tech and non tech role.

The project management is not that great ends up creating a mess for devs. Only good thing is compensation benefits are good

On the job training is not given, not great management higher authorities wont address your issues.

Unfortunately, there are no pros to highlight about this company. The projects lack robustness, and there's little to no opportunity for meaningful work. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Dislikes

The company suffers from excessive micromanagement. HR insists on applying for leave even during situations like power cuts, despite employees continuing to work. Higher management lacks proper communication channels with employees, setting unrealistic expectations without consulting the developers. Overall, the work environment feels restrictive and unproductive.

The culture is great. The most important thing is to get the work done not what time of the day you do it

Dislikes

Salaries are decent but can be better. We do not have company insurance, PF, family mediclaim etc.
