Work culture is good. Everyone is supportive and friendly.

The process keeps changing every now and then and is expected to bring results. Compensation is very low. As a trainee, there are loads of work which requires full time.

Everything starting from work culture to job security. One day the founders would love your job the very next they ask you to leave. Micromanagement at max, moreover both the founders have different idea of what needs to be done in this to and fro nothing gets done because all your hard-work will get accepted by one of the brothers and the other brother will reject it. Policies are different for different employees, few of them are allowed to work from home- this is not dependent on the roles by the way this depends on if you are friends with the authorities. One major thing they will allow you national holiday on 26th Jan, 2nd Oct and 15 Aug. Just 3 national holidays in a year and for enjoying these 3 holidays you have to come to the office on their respective Saturdays. (apart from these you have 4.5 days of leaves every quarter).
