Doesn't deserve even one star, this company treat their employees as a slave.. no ethics and no moral values.. never join this company if you love your mental peace.. they will torture you even after leaving the organisation.. they will force you to sign extra terms and conditions at the time of releaving and if you don't they will not provide you the releaving and experience letter even after paying buyout money..

Have to give one star as it is mandatory, otherwise it doesn't deserve this much also. Do not join else you have to face issues related to monetary loss and loss of your mental peace.

Worst when it comes to increment and employee appreciation they might delay increment for almost 6 month without any logical reasoning and explanation

Higher management does no anything about the politics that goes from manager level to senior software Engineer everyone has there own gang like political parties and if you don't choose sides and stay loyal to company rather than people than you're life becomes hell in this company

It depends on our team manager. Sometimes we are given opportunity to explore ourselves.

Everything is politics. The worst experience I had. Ever time we have to work late hours. Whatevr we do they'll keep on saying U'r not doing work.
