...l even during holidays and pressurize to work . if you start your career here..You need long break to go and set to other one No one has work ethics, professionalism, and No promotion no hike even after working for many years and some toxic leads they really think that they are paying employee from their pocket .. worst worst no other words about it

1. Certain rules laid out by the organization that was only set to target a few people and not to everybody 2. Favorism towards employees 3. Turning blind eye to escalations internally

Being it's my first job, I liked everything like work life balance, Work was good at initially, pay hike were good

Pay hikes was the main issue, when ever checked on that they said about the company expenses and less revenue and made fake promises every time next appraisal we will give etc

Good work environment and culture. Teammates were very supportive and the management is transparent. Job security is completely dependent on us as the performance of an individual is very important.
