Annoying Co-workers. Poor Work-Life Balance. Low Pay. Management. Inflexible Work Schedule.

Company culture is horrendous along side the work life balance. An employee is expected to work 24*7 without an appreciation. Very demotivating environment.

Dislikes

...manager is very rude and one of the worst possible person I've ever come across. The growth is very slow and the compensation provided doesn't do any justice to the amount of work one is made to do.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issuse salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a DET 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

... available in paper only. Nobody followed even management also. No job security. Salary cut for all employee. Not bothering a employee basic requirements like 50% bus cut. Now bus full rush and no social distance.
