There is no work life balance, people have to work day in and day out, inward time is fixed but there is no proper exit time you have to stay till u finish the job whether it is 12 in the midnight they don't care and u have to be there the next morning at 8.

Company has launched a survey portal, wherein we update our health status on daily basis. This survey for all employees and their family members. This is how the company is timely informed whether we are suffering from any disease or not in real time.
