Air works being an MRO in itself is very challenging industry considering the overall aviation size both in India and globally. From tax perspective every day we have new challenges since this entire industry is growing. Culture wise getting support from top management to lead from front execute good processes.

Process of automation is slow.

They make sure to follow DGCA and other regulatory standards . Make sure the employee safety is utmost importance .Their workplace life balance are to satisfaction .The environment is of the best and their is a lot to learn in the industry.

Not much to dislike , except strict rules and time maintenance.

There is no work life balance, people have to work day in and day out, inward time is fixed but there is no proper exit time you have to stay till u finish the job whether it is 12 in the midnight they don't care and u have to be there the next morning at 8.

Company has launched a survey portal, wherein we update our health status on daily basis. This survey for all employees and their family members. This is how the company is timely informed whether we are suffering from any disease or not in real time.

Good team work and job stability.

Timings are good on normal days, except for days working on aircraft.

Dislikes

No, appraisal, no growth for individual and HR policies are one sided with not much benefits for any individual. No proper health insurance, no accident on duty policy.
