New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. It's a complete hard core sales. Specially non telecom people might face lot of issues because it's requires good amount of knowledge about telecom industry. And you will face the competition from in-house and outside also.

It's again proved that as the company grows the ethics, policy in fact the strong pillars which the organisation stand on during upcoming will loose it's value as it's grows. The worst organisation to work. Only a brand is surviving.

Dislikes

Politics , lousy people recruiting without any interviews just because they have reference from top management. Today the situation is like they need to manage they boss not the Performance to save they jobs
