very toxic work culture, politics at its peak, micro management with only some employees. managers have affair with female colleagues and they think they can do anything if you raised your voice they will force you to resign or change your team. Managers only favors to their "Chatu" employees or to those have same caste

List is huge but will mention main points only. 1. No flexibility of WFH or hybrid and you have to come 5 days to office. 2. If you are living in Noida or Noida office is near to you then also you have to travel 3 hours to come to office in gurgaon to satisfy HR/Management egos. 3. Floor environment is worst than any BPO, everyone keeps on shouting or discuss everything on your heads and also people attend their calls on laptop speakers in loud voice. You can not focus on your work and then you have to work in night at home. 4. Managers and HR are not supportive here they will play with you like a ball if you raise any concern with them. 5. No cabs facility and food is worst. 6. No learning opportunities and they will never invest on you for learning as like other companies do in form of training and certification. 7. If you are joining here in the name of Airtel my request to you do not join as things are totally different and you will never feel like product based company here. 8. Managers are not that much technical here.

- chaotic approach to development due to short-sightedness and micromanagement of engineering manager - poor and outdated infrastructure - good appraisals are reserved for employees who are willing to work in servitude of manager - manager is running entire project as per his personal whims and wishes without any care for proper planning, execution or quality standards - HR and organisations on a whole are unable to set up any company wise policies and standards, allowing management to create a toxic, chaotic environment - manager is willing to hog all credit for good work but will distance himself from any responsibility as soon as something goes wrong - Unreasonable pressure on leads and devs as sprint scope as well as requirement changes on daily basis due to rushed task execution demands of manager

1. Sometimes you have to work after office hours 2. No increment/appraisal (even after good performance, because no one cares) 3. Focus on micromanagement! 4. Lack of professionalism 5. Old tech stacks and no growth 6. TPM's are of old mindset, they focus on blaming and under playing the team (not knowing the technical details is big challenge for them, I think) 7. One socking thing is if your laptop damaged accidentally you have to pay for it. 8. Infra related problems are the major issues and at the end you will be blamed. 9. Join when you have no better option

1. Unreasonable pressure on leads and devs as print scope and requirement changes on daily basis due to rushed task execution demand of manager. 2. Micro management on peak here,. 3. As an outsider from other team, I have observed that the CS team culture is quite troubling. There is an excessive amount of politics among the both team member and manager, which seems to be creating an unproductive environment. 4. I have observed that on 11/10/2024 only 15-20% of members were present in CS team. There is a partiality going on regarding work from home and office timings for team members. Manager is not able to manage that how team members are coming late to office and going early. 5. I have seen that in many of teams there are 1-2 members are doing permanent WFH. I don't know how HR and managers are doing this kind of partiality.
