Hire and fire No vision. Salary increments based on popularity and favour to bosses. Work in a highly stress environment (any time you can lose job without any notice)due to very poor customer base. Changes can happen fortnight very often.

Likes

Best compensation across the industry. Good work life balance . Ample time to learn self learning and be productive. Awesome organisation to work for . Happy to join once again if I get an opportunity to work for Airspan Networks. Lot of on-site opportunities like travele to Israel, Japan and many more.

Small cafeteria . No indoor gaming activities present inside the campus .

...s a buffoon of Ganesh. He blindly follows him as they sat devil minds are alike. The pay they offer is terrible, and there is no respect to the experience and the knowledge someone posses. Never recommend this to anyone.

Depends on Team and your tech Lead and project Lead. For Bangalore office its quite good, very small workplace, cool environment, people are quit supportive. You will really enjoy with your good team mates.

Dislikes

1-> Some project leads are non-technical which might put you in great trouble as the won't able to understand your coding level, requirements, test cases, prerequisites etc.. and they expect it to be done in a week timeline without any deep understanding. 2-> Some of them want you to do what they want without any sense of humor.

There is Nothing to Like in Airspan . Everything is Bad here. Once you join it means you are enterd in the Hell.

Dislikes

Do Not join this company: The company is not stable. They can fire you at any time by giving PIP to you. They is no fixed timing for work . they will force to work till night. you have to do whatever they said. there is no learning opportunity and career growth here.
