This is one of the bests places to work with. During lockdown, everyone was allowed to work from home. Along with internet, furniture reimbursement etc, there's always an IT support available. They didn't only offer financial help but also supported everyone mentally.

Dislikes

There's nothing as such which I dislike about this organisation.

Likes

They are laying off, thats how they are supporting their employees. Poor management. Employee experience team is extremely rude and biased.

Leaders and Managers, they dont know anything about their product but are good lickers.

Leadership is very stubborn and not approachable at all. Leadership plays divid and rule treat their employees like they are not human

Leadership is very stubborn and behave inhuman. Not approachable at all no growth for middle management team. Always play the blame game

Company is fantastic with best work culture so far that i have seen, good career opportunities and good environment

To be honest i have not been able to notice any specific drawbacks in working for this company. However, though hiring process could have been a bit smoother

I haven't seen a workplace better than Airseva. Provided work from for every employee even before the government declared lockdown, much before the other companies did it. Airseva has provided health insurance for every family member & included Covid-19 in the insurance.
