Nice big projects to work.. pay scale above avegrage … opportunities to travel internationally.

Dislikes

Little work life balance as have to go to office everyday .. no rewards for extra work or for working extra hours .. no per dime on business travels even on foreign land

1.Culture is inclusive. 2. Exposure to different tasks. 3. Growth due to individual task handling. 4. Policies are good.

Dislikes

1. Lot of favourism. Only manager's friends , colleagues get higher salary grwoth. No parity in salaries at all. 2. Managers are very third class , takes revenge on employees by intentionally keeping salary growth stagnated , doesnt support all employees equally. 3. Have to ask many times for small helps , its mentally draining.

Likes

Here the, Career Growth, Job Security, are the key one can look to opt for. The team is good, helpful and collaborative. Work life balance is Okeyish. Work timings are bit flexible. Everyone respects each other's opinion and make things happen. Safety is the priority and is followed religiously throughout the organisation. Overseas counterparts are also helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

...iendly and beneficial to the AP employees working in other regions than INDIA. Also, There's some gap in pay scale (It huge Gap) as well for same experience engineers working in same function and that creates divide between the workforce. There are some minor issues as well related to workstations, but it's manageable. No Bus transportation.

Likes

AP used to be an outstanding company. Today, with the change of management and culture, the company now focuses on EBITA, more than its employees or customers. Only Wall Street is important today.

Dislikes

...s encouraged as an employee, to maintain productivity, but not after retirement. One could think AP would rather have the retiree die so they don't pay a pension any longer? All about the EBIDTA.

Likes

The company has earned by being so nice to their employees especially from the start of covid times. They are continuing building and getting stronger day by day. If someone is looking for their long term career growth, this is the company to work for.

Dislikes

India management sometimes tries to impose their own made rules bypassing the global policies but if you can raise your voice strongly, they will do it. They also need to raise the yearly increment rate for India sure considering inflation in account.
