...r probation will be of 6 month but later on they strech it to 9 to 10 months. 3. They do not even tell you what is your CTC during probation and after probation they will provide you very low salary and you have to work with that salary because you have signed 2 year bond. 4. Salary in probation - 13,500 /- rs, after probation -> 22,333/- rs, with 2 years of bond. 5. When you leave the company they will not give you experience letter / relieving letter and other documents. 6. HR do not respond to any querry. Here HR is Jahanzeb Nawab, such a shit person. 7. Initially I was told it is work from home opportunity but later on they asked me to come to office on daily basis.

To be simply put, there is nothing you cannot like about AiRo. Amazing platform and organization to work on. The best point is you can directly communicate with the C-Level professional and personally, I learned a lot of things from them. Excellent organization to work with.

Being very honest, nothing is there to say bad about the organization.

It's good company as there is ample opportunities to learn trending technologies like RPA/IOT etc. Management is very supportive and approachable. Best part of this company is that here is no gender biasing , person will be judged based on their respective performance.

Nothing
