Not the work on time somehow, no increments, no higher posts in time bound, no proper salaries, no proper man power, various department closing, etc.

This is the condition in new Delhi office, No permanent job, yearly 1500 increment only ,6 days work,no benefits,No free tickets nor discount tickets for contractual employees ,only for permanent employees no appreciation ,no function,no team meeting, nothing, top people or management consider their benefits only,no equal benefits to everyone,massive partiality btw contract and permanent employee, airline doesn't make profit for the last 2 decades themselves ,full of negatives!if u don't have any job u can join work here, otherwise don't consider it even in slight amount!
