Amit Dubey is heading Airbnb Gurgaon and is one of the worst leaders to work under. He is so insecure that he doesn't allow any person to grow in the company who questions his strange leadership methods. So many Operations managers, team leaders have left in the last 2-3 years under him, all of them very frustrated. He hires dumb leaders from Uber who don't know anything and promotes them. DO NOT join Airbnb Gurgaon as long as Amit Dubey is there. Let Airbnb leadership fire Amit Dubey first. That guy deserves it and it's long due now.

The company benefits are extremely satisfactory. Amazing work life balance and No pressure for work.

...asis of recorded training activities and not your hard work throughout the year. Participation in activities decide your compensation and not your work.

The benefits are good but that you would have to pay the prive with your salary as it wont be much

The work culture. There are rarely any IJP’s posted and even if they are u only get through if you are friends with the management. You can be asked to leave anytime if you donot have the yes sir attitude to everything your boss says irrespective of your performance

I worked for Airbnb for over 4 Years and overall, it was a good experience.. The company culture is good. The Team spirit and bonding among colleagues made it easy place to work.

Dislikes

There are few areas where Airbnb could improve. While the work envirnment was positive but the salary wasn't competitive as especially considering the demands of the job. Additionally the majority of shifts were the night.
