I worked for Airbnb for over 4 Years and overall, it was a good experience.. The company culture is good. The Team spirit and bonding among colleagues made it easy place to work.

There are few areas where Airbnb could improve. While the work envirnment was positive but the salary wasn't competitive as especially considering the demands of the job. Additionally the majority of shifts were the night.

Worst management, biased, forceful pressure. Pathetic management system. Team leaders only care about their favourite people. They wont hire talented people, they need handsome and beautiful people in the company. They say they are against racism but people judge you with the looks not by the works. People survive here only by crookedness and manipulation. Most of them are manipulators. No mercy towards anyone. After every weekend when I sit infront of the system, I feel like when will the next week off come. Immense work pressure. This is no place for integrity and honesty.

Only the compensation. Otherwise, I have continously been disappointed from lower to senior leadership. Everyone is plastic. They have heavy definitions of policies documented but nobody follows it.

Every organization is made of its management, it's people. The people here are neither efficient leaders nor even good human beings. I have interacted with Cheif Ethics Officer regarding an issue, on my face he promised to address it but after 2 days he went on 2 months of vacation. So my issues were not resolved or may I say manipulated.

- Alignment-based methodology where for any projects/ initiatives, you have to align all local and global stakeholders involved. Which extends the timelines and the projects go for longer than expected. - US-based decision control. Most of the decision-making power still lies in the US and India still being the power hub, doesn't get that liberty completely. - Perception-based culture to a certain extent.
