There is lot of politics and the management are foreigners they just want there salary that is it they are not even think about the issues, HR behaviour is very bad while working in the organization, and you have the idea they treat there ex employees.

Safe environment to work...In safety point of view

...ance of money till 45 days... Despite completed the 3 months of notice period . They do cut the bonus as well in the name of Nominal bonus...If you Resign in the month of sep-oct ,you will lost your half of bonus...Just because u resigned.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Air Liquide India is reluctant to pay as per market conditions. Expect bare minimum hike which will be less than the present market inflation. If you will be joining negotiate hard to get the best possible hike as afterwards Don't expect any.

One can expect good work life balance in AL. Safety is taken as the utmost priority and stakeholders are soft.

Compensation is poor. Increment are very poor, lesser than the inflation rate. An advice for all the one's planning to join Air Liquide is to negotiate hard on the monetary part before entering.
