...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

As a teacher you can learn many things like proper planning of each day class schedule to extracurricular activities training like sports days cultural activities , training for state level & school level competitions etc each & every activity teachers are allowed to attend

Dislikes

Since the management keeps changing the work recognition is little less salary is not up to the work

Many tasks with less pay & your efforts are unnoticed if you are a fresher than you will learn a lot

Many changes with out considering the work pressure as well as the meager pay work environment is good working with children is more satisfying than anything else but your hard work go unnoticed

The environment of Air Force Stations is already very pleasant and satisfying. In Air Force School we mainly serve to the ward of the Air Force warriors. It feels good, we are preparing warrior for Tommorow.

Dislikes

They terminated me because I was absent without informing them. When I returned I gave a valid reason for my not being able to inform them. Still in-charge Executive Director Sqn LDR TC Vimita terminated me in the absence of Executive Director and Principal. My career in Air Force School ended on a bad note because of Politics. Instead of helping me they destroyed me.

It is a well renowned school. In terms of discipline and inculcating values in the children they have done an excellent job.

Dislikes

Lots of internal politics. Not following NEP 2020. Lagging behind as compared to other CBSE schools.
