For freshers who want to learn this company is avarage to do so I'm not recommend this but to learn it's good. With below average pakage.

Dislikes

Third class work culture expect employee to work 13-14 hours also on weekends as well. No work life balance. Extremely horrible management as well .

The team tries to leverage on recent developments and technology.

Dislikes

1. Biggest dislike - salaries pending since years! 2. They do WFH (as of Feb 2024) and make their employees work late after office hours.

Best thing i like about AIQoD is the learning and growth, have move up the ladder so quickly in the company which came along with a lot of rapid learning, technical, operational, organizational challenges which made is learn so many aspects of leadership

Dislikes

I guess the only aspect which is a problem is the uncertainty as it is the case with all startups.

Likes

Everyday is a new learning. As in any startups, there is no restrictions on how much or what you can do. The exposure is vast and unlimited. The limit is only decided by each individual.

Sometimes it's a struggle having a work-life balance like in any startups.
