Likes

teammates are ok - job security is poor - career growth not assured - salary is ok - travel during admissions season is encouraged - work environment is good but tensionable and work pressure is high - scope is their for innovation - in the initial stages work life balance is difficult but once get accustomed it will be ok

Dislikes

job security is very less - appraisals are late - internal politics are inevitable
