The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable good standards of work and quality and timely dileverly of projects and company give equal opportunity to each and every employee.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The wirk preassure is very high sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to plan and manage the sites fir timely delivering of project to clients clients base are not good clients think that they can say anything to vendor that's the demerit of company that we don't have any good clients representative with us they just don't reapect the company employees but our company always respect our employees and vendors also.

Senior manager were worst they think themselves as a boss. And given lots of pressure... They don't care whether the employee is pregnant...they will continue give alot pressure.. they don't have manner and they are very unprofessional..
