When i working in Aimplus i leard many things about reqrepment, comes to salary they paid to me less and im not exoected more also bocoze im a fresher i want learn the work and gain the knoweldege thats what i never duscussd with them about my salary.

Its a good company they didnt made a any biggesr mistek that employees make unhappy . I persnally dislike was they given to us condider targets. If we wont get a candidates its not our problm we are trying and cinvencing them our best level but if candidets dint pic the call if they are not intrested to do job its not in our hand, when candidets ready to come intervew then sure we will send them attaind the interviwe this is in our hand we can do it also we can convence also.

Working culture is really good which help you show case your talent and reach your goals, especially other employees who are friendly and helping. if you are a fresher you have lot of expertise to guide you in the field. all you need is dedication.

The incentives structure is bit hard one which makes benefit to the employer and not to the employee
