Lot or people - staff and patients, very crowdd. Lot of work but u also gets down time. Lot of food at lot of canteens.

Dislikes

very risky behavior of staff to patients. poor patient also have to pay, they make u go to yusuf sarai shops to buy items for dialyisis n other procedures.

Salary is good but not worth for the amount of work u do here

Dislikes

Radiology dept is terrible, no learning for SRs. Due to increased patient load the reporting is compromised. The HOD here sucks, he is not liable for AIIMS. Never listens to his juniors problems.

Good work environment and culture all are very supportive towards me. I gained a lot of experience here.

The thing which I dislike the most is salary problem I can not get salary every month it comes after 2 or sometimes 3 months which is very disappointing.

It should be fix salary criteria of following post associate professor, assistant professor and professor . Management should added Yearly increament for each post. Institute will strict for campus faculty, they are come punch in, then go to quarter , again come 4 'o clock. It should be mandatory to seat respected department.

Overall it is nice but salary will depend on individual to individual, but my concern is atleast one fix basic pay for perticular post.

...ion because it is situated at the bank of ganga river very peaceful environment. Salary is very good like lab technician having 35k.

they hire through a outsourcing company like principal security and allied health services and one is TDS which are not providing job security you have to renew your contract on every 6 months and no ehs or any health insurance or Benifits just take your salary that's all. No staff canteen Your will not get paid on time No appreciation no Diwali bonus No helth insurance No esi card no ehs
