All India Institute of Medical Science , Raipur is a best medical college in Chhattisgarh.I love the fact that I am a part of this Institute as a clerk . I learnt many work from this institute. Here Institute provided many kind of facilities, such as HR, TA, DA and medical facilities. Good working environment here .

... . The work pressure is very high. Generally , I have to work 12 hours per day . Officers donot value an individuals work strength and salary date is not fixed.

Good work environment and culture all are very supportive towards me. I gained a lot of experience here.

The thing which I dislike the most is salary problem I can not get salary every month it comes after 2 or sometimes 3 months which is very disappointing.

Starting salary is good just for having one year of experience. No other hospital give this salary to employees having one year of experience.

Dislikes

No increments no appraisal no benefits and no respect for a contractual staff and most importantly no job description, you have to do all and any work asked for even if it's not managerial.

They are paying good salary on time, very clean environment.

Dislikes

They don't give time to eat, they don't give any break within work that is very inhuman, they only listens to permanent employee working there and ignore all the complaints of contractual workers

There is no facilities of contractual staff. never give salary on time. I have completed graduation but they hired me on 12th basis. my experience in AIIMS is very bed. I never recommend to someone to join this company. Thank you
