Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The work load was not a lot, and there was a flexibility in work timings.

Dislikes

They wouldn't actively assign work or deadlines. They would just expect you to know what to do and when to finish it by, even if you're new there.

AiHello got recently awarded as the Amazon's Advanced Partner Agency, only 1% agencies in the world have this status. This is only as a result of excellent management and great team work environment. While working remotely with flexible working hours, I believe it is one of the best workplace to work if you live in India. In addition, you get paid much better in comparison to the Indian agencies. If I have to summarize I love being with AiHello and I'm happy here.

Dislikes

There is actually nothing I dislike about AiHello till now. It seems to be perfect workplace when my previous workplaces were really abusive and filled with defaming people.
