Few people in top management are good

Culture, full of politics. Extreme workload in OPD but salary is like Gpay cashback. R&R or any recognition by date of joining and turn but not by talent and contribution. No support from HR, only few people were in HR who used to take stand for employees like soumya mam and danish sir they also are not available now new faces are dfficult to trust and share problems.

I worked in several departments in my 5 years+ journey at AIG hospital, the only thing they maintain good enough staff in every department comparing to other hospitals which I feel.

Dislikes

1)AIG hospitals won't pay good enough salaries to employees even though they generate more returns in every financial year. 2)No recognition for hard work employees. 3) No skill development & learning programs. 4) No benifits ,they only give 25 tea coupons every month & free uniform for every 2 years other this nothing.

Their is lot of salary difference among Indian doctors and foreign graduates..work load is same for both . foreign graduates work is far better than Indian graduates 1) Sisters they don’t even respect their duty doctors in all floors 2)they are very rude at duty doctors no one cares

Definitely a great place to learn new techniques.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't resolve the issues. Salary hikes are unequal and depends on rating given by concerned departmental heads.

Infrastructure & Jci standard chairman policy .

Bossism from senior colleagues. salary are tooo low especially doctors.Hr service is very poor . Working hours is hectic no casual & sick leaves.very poor nursing service . Convey my message to chairman.thnx
