Dislikes

Salary and benefits, Promotions are very very low. If you work for years then no benefits in the company no promotions there. After resign don't expect good behaviour from manager as well as HR. New joinee ask not to talk with older one. Worst behaviour. No one listen about your concern.

...he doesn't need smart people, he needs only followers. Has no regard for skills. No appraisals, no incentives and pay cuts. Hire and fire is the mantra. Beware he watches everything on camera, even how your sitting posture is. Would asks you questions about Ramayana and if you can't answer, your skills, knowledge and experience is zero.
