I love how they care about your personal development alongside the technical ones ,they prepare you for real life working environment, you make friends their who become family, you get the chance to meet people from all around the world and be friends with them too! you meet peole who are very successful so you learn from them a lot. you can join many side roles as recruiting people or organizing a huge event. their culture is the most amazing whether roll calls or values or conferences! I developed like no other their.

Dislikes

AIESEC can be really stressful sometimes that you forget you have another life. You can get upset sometimes if you didnt get recognized for something you did. But its worth the experience

It is an amazing experience and its a great opportunity for college students to experience the work environment and enhance their soft skills and for the personal development.

Dislikes

You would have to give a lot more time than you expected, therefore it is sometimes tough to have a work/life balance.

I liked the opportunity to grow at every step of the way. The culture at AIESEC was great and everyone was very supportive and helpful. Though at times, it was also a little hectic but it helped me in growing a lot.

Dislikes

While I was interning I disliked working too much and taking on too much but in retrospect I feel glad that I was given so much opportunity.
