...ing are like my colleagues are good except the management, also there are no HR. Also I get salary on time without any delay

My disliking about the company are payscale are low, not up to the mark. There's are no area to upgrade my skills and explore new things. There's no job security and satisfaction. Even there's no proper work life balance. Henceforth employees get stressed out

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
