In this company my liking are like my colleagues are good except the management, also there are no HR. Also I get salary on time without any delay

Dislikes

My disliking about the company are payscale are low, not up to the mark. There's are no area to upgrade my skills and explore new things. There's no job security and satisfaction. Even there's no proper work life balance. Henceforth employees get stressed out

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
