Management is happy with their leaves and salary benefits, least bothered about the project team across PAN India,Even if team is not getting salary for 4 or more months no help is received from Head office. HR is concerned with core team not the project team working under organisation banner.Stay unemployed for months but never join Aide-et-Action project office. I don't have any idea about staff suffering in head office. Gurgaon based regional head is worst. Always staying at home and reporting as out of stt for work.

In Aide et Action only Teammates are good, other senior colleagues are planing about their pension Yojana With Aide et Action

Dislikes

...colleagues are growing who have their god fathers others have long waiting list. Salary package also not good, Even the person who have 10+ exp they earn only 35-40 k monthly.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
