Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Management was horrible i dont know why people are leaving AIDA but no body cares and no salary incriminate no aida standard no good food duty hours too much if u got violation no body cares just work like a donkey. If u achieve target and what u get 10$ which is horrible. I am really disappointed with AIDA

Hard work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good
